Connecticut Real Estate Market Analysis
Five of us studied how crime rates track home prices across Connecticut towns. Each additional burglary in a town lined up with roughly a $1,300 drop in property value.

THE STORY
This was my first project with a real team of five. We split the analysis between us, then spent most of the effort getting five separate sets of results to agree on one story. The regression was the easy part.
